Kata Bags Source 261 PL VDSLR Backpack
The Kata Pro-Light Source-261 PL Backpack (Black) is designed to carry and protect a video D-SLR camera connected to a stabilizing system and fitted with video production gear and accessories. It is made from lightweight, durable ripstop nylon and polyester mesh with Aeriform foam padding that is perforated super light laminated and reinforced EVA and EPE foams and a Yelloop interior that is a bright yellow material for viewing the contents with ease and it can attach optional Modi-Vers dividers. There is a specially formed foam encased spring steel Spine Guard for ultimate structural protection. The pack has 2 large and 6 small Aeriform modular dividers that can comfortably organize additional lenses and accessories.
The Pro-Light Source-261 PL has a large middle compartment that fits the video D-SLR camera set-up, 2 spacious storage areas open up along the sides of the main compartment and are partitioned to comfortably organize additional lenses and accessories and a large full length rear laptop compartment will hold a laptop computer with a screen up to 17". It has a large padded pocket on the flap, flat side pockets and a front organizer compartment that will store accessories or personal effects. There is a tripod sling which can be attached to either the front or the side of the backpack and a Double-sided Elements Cover for protection in all weather and environment conditions rain or sunshine. It also includes an Aeriform camera strap which is light, flexible and airy and can be used individually or interconnected to the 2 designated loops on the backpack harness thus providing frontal carrying for the camera by using the shoulders instead of having an additional strap around the neck.
The pack is carried by padded handle or an advanced ergonomics harness system which includes; a Gecko Harness which is molded EVA foam harness straps that feature 3D tapered thickness so as to provide extra cushioning where it counts, micro hatch texture secures position firmly and comfortably and the shapely contour fits the body organically. It also has a soft molded 3D foam back for comfort, support and ventilation, Clinch-Clasp sternum strap that is an aluminum clinch connection strap and a removable, adjustable waist belt. There is an Insertrolley connection for optional wheel along transportation, when this is in use the harness simply tucks out of the way.
