Real sharp

I have bought this lens a year ago and used it widely, from 1:1 macro shots (mostly flowers in my backyard and bugs) to family portraits and snap-shots. I can tell that this lens never let me down and all the pictures(prints and slides) are very sharp. Very fast focusing, but sometimes it hunts for a while. Not a big issue for me. When used with EOS3 and all 45 focusing points enabled on the camera, is a joy to use. I strongly recommend the use of a good tripod. If I would have the chance to choose again, I would go again with it. It worths every penny. If money is no issue for you, go for it without questioning yourself. Happy shooting!

This lens is worth every penny. Not only does it do great macros but also wonderful portrait shots. Have had it for a few days and already love it! Would recommend it to anyone!
