I use this lens with a D100 & Fuji S2. There has been some discussion about the edge quality of this lens. I can't comment about it's abilities on a 35mm camera but on the digitals it excellent and an excellent value for the money. Contrast is excellent and focus is tack sharp even in low light. The internal focus is a bonus especially with a polarizer. Excellent value for the dollar
