PremierArtTM Matte Canvas is a 2:1 double weave 100% cotton canvas that is instant drying and water resistant. The bright white base has a high D-Max and extended tonal range, making this canvas ideal for wedding and portrait photography, Giclée, décor art and fine art printing.
Premier Art’s unique acid free coating produces the highest D-Max of any matte canvas on the market today. With a higher D-Max comes an expanded color gamut that produces more vibrant prints. This water resistant canvas is compatible with both dye and pigment based inks on either thermal or piezo printers.
The double weaved 100% cotton base is easily stretched, and when coated with Premier Art Eco Print Shield, will not crack, making it ideal for mounting on stretcher bars. When used with the popular long life pigmented ink sets on the market today, this 100% acid free cotton canvas will last for many generations, under proper framing and display conditions.
