Inspired from the 1885 Springfield Trapdoor Carbine Sling, the Carry Speed Ultimate Camera Sling Strap System provides photographers with security, speed, and comfort.
The Sling Strap System is extremely adaptable. Instead of forcing you to use the tripod socket with the lock nut, the design of the Speed Mount Plate allows you to use the sling strap while keeping the tripod mount available on your camera. The Speed Mount Plate has 4 tripod mounts available, giving you the freedom to choose how the camera rests on your hip and allows you to use a tripod mounting plate without having to remove anything. You get to use your favorite accessories without compromising the speed and comfort of a sling.
In addition, Carry Speed includes a Uni-Strap which can also be easily transformed into a Hand-Strap. The Uni-Strap can be used as a safety strap, or as a second hanging strap while using large telephoto lenses.
For smaller, mid-size, and pocket cameras with small camera strap mount points—or if you want to use the tripod mount on your larger camera—you can remove the mounting plate and install the lock nut to camera directly.
