Phase One's 22 mega-pixel P 25 ensures that you have the freedom to work anywhere you want: on location or in the studio. P 25 fit the most commonly used medium format and large format cameras. P 25 integrate perfectly into your current workflow allowing you to keep your existing camera equipment. The P - backs uses Compact Flash™ or Microdrive™ as storage. However, you can also connect your P - back to a computer through FireWire®.

With the introduction of the three newest backs, the P 45, the P 30 and the P 21, Phase One has completed the ultimate product range. Shooting with Phase One's P-series comes extremely close to working with film. Only now you also have the immediate feedback from the 2.2" LCD on the back of the camera, numerous creative opportunities and incredible image quality. The Phase One P-series is designed to match the requirements of professional users: A compact, light camera you can carry with you when working on location
- Smooth handling in terms of removing battery and memory card (Compact Flash™ or Microdrive™)
- Easy operation in regards to navigating the camera and capture menus on the LCD screen
- High resolution LCD screen with bright colors and high contrast enabling use in direct sunlight
You can set ISO, white balance and file format on the back and after capture you can preview, browse, zoom and delete images. Also, exposure warning and histogram information is available to you while shooting. When you return to the studio all images are loaded into Phase One's Capture One RAW workflow software for better preview and further editing. Capture One supports RAW files from Phase One camera backs as well as a wide range of DSLR cameras. Among those: Canon®, Nikon®, Fuji®, Olympus®, Pentax®, Epson® and Sony®.
3S technology – Secure Storage System.
This revolutionary new feature has recently been introduced in the latest Phase One P-series firmware. The 3S technology improves the storage security level by checking the validity on every CF-card inserted in the P-back. This way, the risk of accidentally writing to a damaged storage media is eliminated. In step 2 you can also preserve the image buffer contents, and the remaining images will be stored when the card is reinserted. IIQ RAW TECHNOLOGY
IIQ RAW TECHNOLOGY
Intelligent Image Quality RAW, or IIQ RAW, is the name of Phase One's brand new patent-pending RAW file format. IIQ RAW is a compact, completely lossless file format that reduces the size of you RAW files. This way you can fit more images onto the memory card and the camera will not buffer during the shoot.
