The Sony 16GB XQD is a memory card supporting the XQD specification for high-speed, high-performance digital image capture. This specification has been approved and licensed as an open format by the CompactFlash Association. Now, XQD compatible high-end DSLR camera users have the ability to capture as many as 100 frames (approx.) in RAW format in continuous shooting mode with the Nikon D4.
