inkAID Precoating Clear Gloss Type II 1 Quart

Clear Gloss Precoat Type II combines several materials to provide a coating with enhanced adhesion to most smooth, non-porous surfaces without the need to prime the surface with the Adhesive Primer. It was developed to provide a "one-step" ink jet receptive coating option for printing on plastic, metal, plexi-glass, and glass among many other materials. It can also be applied to any porous surface such as paper, canvas, or textiles.

Printers having tracking or guiding wheels can leave marks on non-porous substrates such as plastic, metal, or glass to which inkAID Clear Gloss Type II has been applied. In such cases a build up of coating could occur on these tracking wheels. Porous substrates such as paper with inkAID Clear Gloss Type II coating are not of concern.
