Purchased this mono 5 years ago, using a 488RC4 ballhead with it. Very functional, (I'm 6'2") has all the length I need or want. Thru prolonged use, the upper section controlled by the trigger release became difficult/stiff to use. Took the mono apart, one quick and simple adjustment to the internal mechanism solved the problem. Very durable mono - lightweight yet strong.
