The Wimberley P50 Lens Plate is one of the finest lens plates available. The Wimberley P50 Lens Plate is designed for the largest super telephoto lenses such as the Canon EF 400mm f/2.8 IS L Lens.
 
A lens plate such as the Wimberley P50 Lens Plate is used to connect a super telephoto lens to a tripod head such as the Arca Swiss B1 Ballhead, Wimberley Sidekick or the Wimberley Gimbal Tripod Head. The lens plate attaches solidly to the tripod collar on the lens.
