Overview: Learn how to shoot portraits under pressure, to adapt quickly, and to get the most out of a subject. Trevor, using a live model, will show you how to design the lighting so it complements the subject and adds the proper mood.

Overview: Photographer, teacher, and expert printer, Jonathan Groeneweg, will show you how easy it is to set up an Epson professional printer, like the P800, so that you can begin to create gorgeous quality prints on various beautiful papers.

Photographer and printing specialist Jonathan Groeneweg has taught photography at the University of Calgary, and photography and visual art/theory at OCADU. He currently runs workshops at Smokestack – a fine art print and print finishing studio in Hamilton that Jonathan co-owns. At Smokestack, Jonathan works almost exclusively with artists to produce their work in preparation for exhibition or sale.

Spencer Wynn's career has taken him around the world, from the Canadian Arctic and Greenland, to India and China. As a storyteller, Wynn believes, "One can only truly tell a story of a people or culture if you have lived with the people or in the culture". His two-year documentary on the 30th anniversary of the Bhopal gas disaster in India is one such example of Spencer's shooting philosophy.
