In response to the growing demand for a superior fiber-based digital FineArt media with the look and feel of a traditional darkroom photo paper, the Hahnemühle mill is introducing the newest member of its digital Fine Art media collection: Fine Art Pearl.

As with all Hahnemühle papers, FineArt Pearl has been developed to meet the highest standards of FineArt photographers using only the finest raw materials and manufacturing techniques.  FineArt Pearl 285gsm is a triple coated, lignin free, 100% alpha-cellulose paper.  The result is an age resistant paper with a surface that is remarkably similar to a traditional silver gelatin double-weight photo paper.  Hahnemühle FineArt Pearl proved to be significantly superior in D-max, white point and surface structure.

FineArt Pearl is the first FineArt product in the market with a luster finish. Archivability, quality and quality consistency are made to highest Hahnemühle standards. The achievable dmax and brightness of colours is outstanding to all FineArt product currently available in the market. Deepest blacks for black and white photography, popping colours and depth for landscape photography with a pearl shine.

The coated side of this paper provides excellent image sharpness and optimum colour graduation. The coating also offers a very high level of water resistance.
