Included in the Rental Rate (see below for rates): - 900 square foot shooting space, - 12' ceilings, hardwood floors, large windows (with shades if needed), exposed brick walls, loads of character, - client lounge area with comfortable seating, - manfrotto ceiling-mounted seamless system, - speedotron pack with strobes, softboxes, umbrellas, etc. included in rental, - make up area with comfortable seating, large desk, & large mirror with lighting, - men's and women's separate washrooms on site, - free high-speed wifi internet, - kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc., - free parking.
