The Jobu Design Nikon SC-29 Adapter fits on the irregular bottom of Nikon's SC-29 off camera flash cord, essentially converting the SC-29's bottom topography to match the ISO-518 standard for a flash shoe.

The bottom of this adapter is essentially a "cold" flash foot, with a 1/4"-20 threaded tripod socket as well.

Thus, with this adapter fitted, your Nikon SC-29 can be mounted on any Jobu Design flash bracket as well as on other devices accepting ISO-518 'standard' flash shoes.
