Event FAQs
How are customers paid for their trade-in?
For this event - KEH will issue a Vistek gift card to the customer for the value of the gear plus the 10% bonus value.
Customers can bring their Vistek gift Card to the Vistek sales booth to purchase new products on-site, online or in-store.
What To Bring
-A charged battery and charger (cameras without a battery and charger will receive a lower offer)
-Your photo ID (we can’t pay you without it!)
-You are allowed to bring a maximum 5 pieces of gear for trade. ( Consisting only of Mirrorless cameras, DLSR Video cameras and Lenses)
- Trade in items must be contained within and may not exeed a single backpack. The only boxes allowed are the original product packaging.
We buy cameras in clean, working condition due to the high cost of repairs. We will be happy to responsibly recycle any cameras or accessories that are not in good working order.
Items we’re not currently purchasing:
-Darkroom equipment
- Tripods
-Digital point-and-shoot cameras under 6-megapixels
-Cameras in these formats: APS, 110, 126, and Disc Film
-Video cameras that use film or tape formats
-Any lighting or lighting stands.
