Hassle-Free Warranty Claims
Feel free to deal directly with the manufacturer yourself or allow us to handle it all for you. For a small handling fee, we will send your product out for service, handle all the paperwork and communicate with you until your repair is done. Out of Warranty: We will arrange to have your video equipment repaired by outsourcing to an authorized service centre for your product brand. Our extensive resource of technicians can provide an estimate to service most brands. We do all the legwork and call you with an estimate. Our handling cost for this service is $50.00
In Warranty: If your product fails due to a manufacturer defect during the warranty period, the unit will be repaired at no charge to you by the factory service centre. You can deal directly with the manufacturer or you can contact us and we will assist you.
