April 7, 2020To help mitigate the current spread of COVID-19, to protect our employees and our community, all Retail Store Locations across Canada will remain closed until the Government lifts the current restrictions.
Victoria Day on May 18 - All Vistek Locations will be closed
Our RENTAL locations are closed: No new rental orders will be accepted until further notice.
Our Photolab is closed: No new orders will be accepted until further notice.
Our Repairs department is closed: No new repairs will be accepted until further notice.
We are still Accepting Online Orders
- Based on our daily volume of orders, our processing time is 1-3 business days.
- Canada Post and all other couriers are slower than usual and will not guarantee delivery times.

- Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST. – Call your local store.
- Live Chat with our team 7 days a week. We are here for you Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm EST, and Sunday from 10am to 5pm EST. After-hours you can leave your info with our Chat Bot.
- Web Sales (re: Online Order inquiries) is available 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm at websales@vistek.ca
- To reach our Photo and Video Sales Team, you can call or email salesinquiries@vistek.ca
- Commercial Solutions / B2B group is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST by phone or email at commercial@vistek.ca
