Established in July 2008, the North Durham Photographers’ Association (NDPA) is a club for people who share a passion for photography. Our members include people with all levels of experience, from those who are just starting out, to professional photographers. In spite of the diversity of our membership, we all share a love of photography and a desire to learn more about this fascinating art form. In the process, we have fun, develop new friendships and enjoy many opportunities to see places, both new and familiar, through the eye of our camera lens. The NDPA holds monthly meetings where speakers share their knowledge with the membership. During this session, we also have Critiquing clinics where participating members learn how they can improve their images. We also organize workshops for all skill levels, host outings, display exhibitions and celebrate each other’s successes as we journey through the world of photography.
