Overview
The Profoto Softlight Reflector gives a soft, uniform yet easily focused light with a 65° beam. Can be equipped with a glass deflector (10 07 04), 25° grid (10 06 09) and a front diffuser (10 07 14). Guide number 64 (ISO 100/21°, 1200Ws, 1m)
Meant to provide character lighting in portrait photography, the Softlight is superb for a wide variety of uses from product photography of highly reflective surfaces to an excellent light source for architectural or botanical details. Also, a distinctive alternative to ordinary softbox diffusion. Character lighting refers to a source of light that is placed close to the subject.
