Great service!
I accidentally ordered this battery grip for my camera not knowing it was the wrong one. I live about two hours out of Toronto so they shipped it to me and when I realized it didn’t fit my camera I contacted them about it. I was very pleased to see they took it back no questions and refunded me all my money. I didn’t even have to pay for shipping it back!

The Grip adds 2 great functionalities. Increased shooting time in the cold because of the extra battery and better ease of use as it acts as a counterweight for my longer lenses

If you like large bodies and grip you cannot go wrong with the BG-E22
For long time I was hesitant on adding a grip to my camera. I jumped at the excellent offer that Vistek had on the BG-E22 and I have no regrets. But I must warn that you have to be ready for a heavier body. If you struggle with weight then don't get this.
Buttons and dials are excellent as expected from Canon, quality is top notch. It comes with a USB C external charger which is a good bonus. You can charge the batteries while they are in the grip but only up to 90% capacity. One thing I had to get used to is that the grip has its own on/off button. I spent a few times wondering why the focus button on the grip wouldn't work until realizing I have to turn it on (duh!)

Game changer for me! A most have if it is in sale??! I bought that when it was on sale (70% off)
Don't feel pain in arm and shoulder after 1 hour photoshoot.
downside:
1-I need to buy set of thoes fast click strap.It is really annoying if you have the original camera strap on the body and swich between grips back and forth.
2-I'm studio shooter and I used to have the tripod quick release plate on the body to store the camera on the tripod! I cannot have that anymore. You can attach the plate to the grip but the grip won't be functional ??!

Excellent Engineering and functionality
I purchased this heavily discounted on sale and could NOT be happier. I considered waiting for an aftermarket version but I’m glad I went with the Canon. The price made it very worthwhile.
I have owned a battery grip for each of my last several cameras and this is the best engineering design yet.
Canon has designed everything in from full functionality shooting vertically to tiny details like a designated spot to store the rubber cap for the additional port it uses.
To top it all off it includes the AC adaptor to allow me to charge the battery in camera or shoot connected to AC.
