Availability Guarantee (Bill 29) For Québec Customers Only 

Notice under Bill 29 and Section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act regarding the Availability Guarantee of Replacement Parts, Repair Services, and Maintenance or Repair Information 

Please be advised that Vistek Ltd. (“Vistek”) does not guarantee, within the meaning of Section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act and the applicable regulations, the availability of replacement parts, repair services, or maintenance or repair information for products sold, manufactured, imported, advertised, or distributed by Vistek. 

This notice applies to all purchases made from Vistek, whether in-store or online at www.vistek.ca. 

Where applicable, Vistek may assist customers in identifying manufacturer-authorized repair services or support resources, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable manufacturer's warranty. 

This notice does not affect any manufacturer's warranties or protection plans that may apply to a product. Customers should contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding any availability guarantees they may offer.
