A Dual Base ISO of 800/6400 maximises the sensor’s performance for clean, noise-free footage. It’s available when shooting in Log3G10, and the camera’s wide 15+ stop dynamic range is maintained at both ISOs for maximum detail in highlights and shadows.

In-camera 32-bit float audio recording

In a world first, the ZR lets you capture 32-bit audio using the camera’s internal mics, or a compatible external mic. The dynamic range is so vast, you won’t need to constantly monitor the levels when filming: you can adjust them in post without clipping.

OZO Audio technology

With three built-in MEMS microphones, the ZR lets you record sound without an external mic. There’s five pick-up patterns to choose from.

Experience fast aperture NIKKOR primes like the AF-S NIKKOR 105mm f/1.4E ED with up to 5 stops of 3-axis VR* image stabilization. NIKKOR lenses that already have VR, like the AF-S NIKKOR 500mm f/5.6E PF ED VR, get the added benefit of roll axis for a total of 3-axis VR.

Streamlined design
