Spend More Get More Promotion Terms

SPEND MORE GET MORE 

Customers who make an eligible purchase in a Vistek store or on vistek.ca, during the offer period, are eligible to receive a Gift Voucher for up to $150. Customers who spend $1,000 CAD - $1999.99 CAD before taxes, shipping and handling will receive a Gift Voucher for $75 CAD, and customers who spend $2,000 CAD or more before taxes, shipping and handling will receive a Gift Voucher for $150 CAD.

 

Terms and Conditions 

  1. Offer begins on July 05 2024, and ends at 11:59pm EST July 25, 2024 
  2. The Spend More Get More Gift Voucher offer is limited to one per qualifying transaction 
  3. The Spend More Get More Gift Voucher offer is subject to exclusions (see Exclusions section) 
  4. The Spend More Get More Gift Voucher offer is valid for in-stock items only 
  5. Gift Vouchers are not transferrable.  
  6. Gift Vouchers have no monetary value, they cannot be refunded. They can only be redeemed for a future purchase as outlined in the Redemption section of the terms and conditions 
  7. Purchases made in-store and on vistek.ca will receive a Gift Voucher number via email, and a Gift Voucher number will be printed on the sales invoice to be used during redemption  
  8. Unused Gift Vouchers earned from purchases that are being returned/cancelled will be voided.  
  9. Gift Voucher eligibility for any purchase involving a trade-in will be determined by the post-trade-in transaction value. (Example: For a qualifying order of $2800 before shipping and taxes, less a trade-in value of $1000 will produce a Gift Voucher value of $75 based on the post trade-in transaction value of $1800 ($2800-$1000= $1800).   
  10. Vistek is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.  Gift Vouchers are unique to each customer account and should not be shared.   
  11. Vistek reserves the right to void a Gift Voucher issued on any transaction that is deemed to be transacted in a fraudulent manner 
  12. Vistek reserves the right to cancel or amend the Spend More Get More promotion at any time, without notice.  

Exclusions: 

  1. Commercial orders are excluded from the Spend More Get More promotion 
  2. Gift Card purchases, Rental transactions, Photolab orders, Service and Repairs transactions and any purchases on Paper and Ink, are excluded from the Spend More Get More promotion 
  3. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Gift Cards, Rental transactions, Photolab orders and Service and Repair transactions 
  4. Special order items, and pre-order items are excluded from the Spend More Get More promotion 
  5. Purchases made prior to July 05, 2024 are excluded from the Spend More Get More promotion. 
  6. Open box, used, overstock and demo items are not eligible to qualify for a Gift Voucher however Gift Vouchers earned on other transactions may be redeemed to purchase open box, overstock and demo items. 

Redemption: 

  1. Gift Vouchers may be redeemed online or in-store between August 02 2024 12:00am EST, and September 26, 2024 11:59pm EST.  
  2. Gift Vouchers expire at 11:59pm EST on September 26, 2024.  
  3. A Gift Voucher must be redeemed for an equal or greater value of the Gift Voucher before taxes, shipping and handling charges 
  4. A Gift Voucher redemption value is inclusive of any applicable taxes (ie. redemption value of a $150 Gift Voucher is $150, not $150 + tax) 
  5. The redemption of a Gift Voucher is applied after taxes as a method of payment 
  6. Customers are limited to redeeming a single Gift Voucher per transaction. Multiple Gift Vouchers will not be applied to a single purchase order.  
  7. Customers must present their Gift Voucher number at the point of purchase instore or enter it as a method of payment when making a purchase on Vistek.ca 

Returns: 

  1. Returns made on a qualifying order, where the Gift Voucher was not used, will void the Gift Voucher  
  2. Returns made on a qualifying order, where the gift voucher was subsequently used, will have the value of the voucher deducted from the refund of the qualifying order.  (Example: For a qualifying order placed for $2200 + taxes, and a $150 Gift Voucher was issued and used.  If this qualifying order was returned to Vistek, the value of the refund would be $2200 + taxes – ($150) – (any applicable restocking fees).
