Annex Art Centre - Artist Studio and Gallery

The annex art centre is a multi-media visual arts studio. The space is 700 sq ft of unobstructed hardwood floor space and white walls. Additionaly we have a private garden which is approx. the same sq ft. There is a small kitchenette on the main floor and bathroom facility and paint clean up area in the basement level. We have bay windows with lots of natural light and directable halogen ceiling mounts. The studio serves as a teaching venue and art gallery as well as host to a wide range of private functions. It is available to rent hourly or by day. It is a lovely space for any and all artistic inspirations from art renderings, photography or event bookings. Hourly rate: $30.00 per hr
