I believe that each person has a story to tell, and my hope is to unravel it in each session. I have always been intrigued with storytelling, and pursued a career in photojournalism. I quickly discovered my true passion was telling the stories of the people around me by showcasing moments in between and the details around them. And so Katie Nugent Photography was born. I love to grow with my clients, preserving memories from milestones like Weddings, Maternity and Babies to holding quieter moments you want to keep forever. Regardless of why you seek a photographer, I believe each moment, no matter how big or small, deserves to be photographed in an honest and natural way. I believe in a playful approach and stuffy poses never turn out alright. I believe your photographer can become your friend and should put you at ease. And I believe in images that are timeless and of the times. I am a professional photographer based in Kelowna BC, but am available wherever in the world you'd like to go.
