A boutique studio space, production house and event venue. Private, and powered for Photo + Film productions. Shooting a celebrity or need a space that doesn’t have multiple studios? We’ve got two entrances (one with a hidden door), and an exit out the back alley that is private and away from the main street. Our space features over 2500+ sq ft with 23’ high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows on the north side. We boast 3-phase power with multiple 20 amp receptacles, 2 x 40 amp connections and 4 x 60 amp joy cable drops! (Bring your 5K Lights with no Cam Lock needed!) There is a load-in garage for ease of access and loading equipment + 3 parking spots out front (+ loads of free street parking in the immediate neighbourhood). The studio includes a fully operational kitchen, bathroom + shower, private hair and makeup room and a second floor lounge for your pre-production meetings, green room use or for clients to simply watch over productions without being behind your shoulder.
