Perfect location to greet clients for headshots, product photography, newborn photography, portrait-style video, and so on, or use it as a welcoming meeting spot for family portraits at the neighbouring conservation parks (five minute walk). Welcoming rural retreat nestled next to Webster's Falls, just 15 minutes from downtown Hamilton. Fully equipped with private washroom, kitchen, conversation space, ample parking, Keurig and cold beverages, and high speed wi-fi. Room is a blank slate with two natural light skylights providing dimension and shadows. Please advise if you need backdrops or stands, as they can be provided inclusive to the price. Weekdays: $25 / hour Weekends: $35 / hour
