Overview
The Double Cheese Plate (ELE-DBLPT) is a double size take on our popular cheese plate. It's primary purpose is to serve as a tripod mounting system or base plate for use with other pieces in the elements system.
Down the middle are a series of 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 threaded holes compatible with most tripod plates. In the center are two sets of mounting holes for mounting an ELE-WDGL in order to make the system compatible with wedge locking quick release systems such as the Canon TA-100 or Sony VCT-14.
On the corners and mid points are 8 sets of mounting holes that will accommodate the ikan handle arm, cheese sticks or other mounting accessories.
The current version of the double cheese plate also has holes in the pattern for attaching Anton-Bauer battery mounting plates.
