Top Plate II for Sony FX6
Enhance your Sony FX6 with the Top Plate Mk II. This handy plate attaches to the top of your camera, providing a solid mount for accessories and transferring excess weight from the top handle. With threaded points, QD sockets, and NATO rails, you have a wide range of options for mounting accessories so you can get the most out of your Sony FX6.

Add even more functionality to your Sony FX6 camera with the Sony FX6 Top Plate Mk II. This top plate attaches to the top of the camera, wrapping around the top handle, providing secure mounting points for a wide range of accessories. Integrated NATO rails run the length of the plate, with spring-loaded safety releases on both ends and mounting points for lens adaptor supports. With all these added features, you’ll be able to get even more out of your Sony FX6 camera.
HELICOIL, NATO, AND QD
Any rigging solution is possible with the Top Plate. With threaded, NATO, and QD points, you can easily change your rig configuration to match your needs. The stainless-steel helicoiled fittings provide added strength and prevent threads from stripping or binding. Quick Detach (QD) sockets provide a rapid way to connect & disconnect straps and anchors, for extra peace of mind in fast paced situations.
LENS ADAPTOR SUPPORT
When using the Sony FX6 with large PL mount lenses, adaptor supports can be secured using the two front-facing M5 mounting points. The solid connection ensures that your lens adaptor stays firmly in place, eliminating any chance of flex or play.
COMPATIBLE WITH:
The Top Plate can also be used with B4004.1006 Filler piece to add a third NATO rail in the middle which provides a centered mounting point. Useful for gimbal builds & other setups where the FX6 handle is not required.
