Laowa Nikon-Micro 4/3 Adapter 4/3

Nikon F mount lens to Micro 4/3 camera body adapter allows the attachment of Nikon F mount lenses (Nikon AI, Nikon AI-S, Nikon D, Nikon Series E) onto Panasonic Lumix G and Olympus OM-D and PEN series bodies. This MFT body to Nikon F mount lens adaptor allows a photographer to mount a Nikon F mount lens to a Micro Four Thirds camera body by simply fitting the adaptor into the camera body.

This adapter is a high quality straight through adapter, without the lens so there is no degrade in image quality. This adapter maintains infinity focus and is specifically a manual adaptor only with no electrical connections.

* Although the lens will fit physically, other functions like autofocus which are dependent on communication between the camera body and the camera lens will no longer function using the lens adapters. You will need to manually focus and to set exposures manually or meter in aperture priority mode.

* For most Panasonic Lumix G and Olympus series cameras you will need to select and set "Shoot without lens" to ENABLE / ON in the cameras menu to enable the camera to fire without recognising a lens. The Panasonic and Olympus cameras are capable of shooting in A or M modes and using manual focusing. To assist manual focusing some models also feature Focus Peaking, which can be switched on in the cameras menu if the camera supports this feature.
