Excellent service is what you can expect when you require repair assistance for your imaging gear. Drop in to our service center, give us a call or contact the store location nearest you to discuss your needs and how we can help you. We have technicians in-house in our Toronto Service Centre who service most lighting and video products. If we do not service your product or brand, we outsource repairs to local authorized service centers or we work directly with the manufacturer.

Camera Repairs in Warranty

If your camera equipment fails due to a manufacturer defect during the warranty period, the unit will be repaired at no charge to you by the factory service centre.  
 Warranties are limited and do not include issues such as impact damage and water or sand exposure.   

You can deal directly with the manufacture or contact us and we will assist you.

Camera repairs out of Warranty

We will arrange to have your camera equipment repaired by outsourcing to an authorized service centre for your product brand.. Our extensive resource of technicians can provide an estimate to service most brands, including Nikon, Canon, Fuji, Olympus, and Panasonic We do all the legwork and call you with an estimate.

Our handling cost for this service is $50.00
You also qualify for a 25% discount on a rental of your product while it is out for service.

Estimate Charges

Charges for estimates apply on all products. If the estimate is approved this charge is absorbed into the original estimate amount. Estimate fees start at $25. Please ask for more details when you visit our service department.

Sensor Cleaning

Call to book an appointment with our Toronto Service Centre or one of our store locations. Bring in your camera with the “batteries fully charged” and we will complete the service 
“while you wait”

Sensor cleaning is no longer available for Sony products. We apologize for the inconvenience.
