Shipping Info

If your order falls into any of these categories, the Shipping section of the Cart will state: SHIPPING QUOTE REQUIRED
Place the order and we will contact you with a Shipping Quote for your approval.  We will not process your order until we receive your approval of the shipping cost. 
Beyond Courier means any destination outside of the couriers regular delivery area in any Canadian Province. 
* PLEASE NOTE: Chemicals, Photofinishing, certain consumables and oversized items will require special shipping and handling charges, or procedures. (eg. Printers, Scanners, Backdrops, items over 10lbs )

Do you offer international shipping?
We do not accept or ship orders outside of North America.

If I order more than one product, do I have to pay for shipping on each of the items?
We calculate shipping and handling costs by shipment. If one of your items happens to be backordered at the time of your order, you will have the choice to wait for one shipment or split your order into multiple shipments. Please be aware, however, that additional shipping charges will apply to partially ship orders. Please contact us at sales@vistek.ca with your order ID# if you require partial shipping.

Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else?
Just enter the address where you want your product delivered, in the "Ship to" portion of the Checkout process. For your protection, credit card orders shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address, will be subject to a fraud screening process and as a result may cause a delay in the shipment of your order. Please note that orders that fail our screening process may be cancelled. All first time orders will only be shipped to billing address.

If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order? When you receive your order depends on the availability of the product and the shipping method you select. Please allow up to two additional days for credit verification.

Please note: Residents of other provinces or states not listed here will not be charged any fee.

If you are an Ontario resident, you may be charged a surcharge for environmental disposal for the item you are purchasing. The electronics in the program include screens/monitors, printers, computers, keyboards, disk drives and similar items. More information is available at recycleyourelectronics.ca

This Ontario-only program is enforced and run by the Ontario Electronic Stewardship industry organization (OES). The program is named the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Program and involves fees to be paid for electrical and electronic equipment sold in Ontario. This program came in to effect April 2009.

If you are an Alberta resident, you may also be charged an environmental disposal fee. This program is run by the Alberta Recycling Management Authority (ARMA), and has been in effect since October 2004.
